Vasily Nikolaevich became a head coach of the men’s team in summer 2022, ahead of the club’s debut in the VTB United League. Under Karasev’s leadership, the red-and-whites has reached the VTB League playoffs once and qualified for the play-in stage twice. Additionally, over the past three seasons, the Moscow team has advanced to the Russian Cup «Final Four» three times, claiming bronze medals on two occasions.
